Our Policy on Use of Photos
SAR Redhen Promotions works hard to seek all information and ownership as well as copyright regulations. SA Redhen Promotions ensures every effort is made to contact the Photographer and or other ownership of any Railway Photo. What will not be ensured is when a Historical Photo of any Railway Infrastructure or Rolling stock has had the copyright expire by time, and a person has a market value of purchase, every effort will be done to remove such water marks.
Once every effort has reached a stage of a search it limit, SA Redhen Promotions will then use the Photo. However, if after the photos is printed the Owner is found then on all future printing there will be a Photo Credit placed on the Photo.
If SA Redhen Promotions is made aware of the Photographer has passed way, out of respect SA Redhen Promotions will apply Photo Credit dedicating the photo to the Photographer.
